You may want to talk with a supportive adult but are having trouble finding one. There are local helplines you can text or call. Someone will listen to your questions. They will offer support for any problem you, a sibling or a friend might be facing.

Teen-to-teen helpline that answers calls, texts, and chats from anyone 21 or under. Trained teen volunteers are available to help between 4 pm-10 pm Pacific Time. Calls are answered by adults at all other hours. No problem is too big or too small.
